Smoked Chicken Breasts on Sunday Afternoon
May 4th, 2010Last week I found some split chicken breasts at the grocery store for 99 cents / lb. I thought that was a pretty good price so I got three packs to smoke in my Meadow Creek SQ36 Smoker. Sunday afternoon I fired up the smoker and smoked my chicken on the back porch. It was fun sitting on my beach chair and watch the rain. Sorry, I didn’t get any pics of the chicken on the smoker; we had company over and I took it off in a hurry.
