Shipping Policy
All of our barbeque cookers are shipped truck freight except for the BBQ26 and the BBQ26S units, which are shipped UPS. Barbeque sauces, rubs, and other items are shipped UPS. Real-time shipping and handling quotes for UPS are displayed in step 2 of the checkout in our online store. Please call us at 423-413-2644 for a free no-obligation freight quote on a barbecue cooker.
You must provide a United States shipping address when ordering online.
We only ship barbecue cookers to the United States and Canada. If you live in another country and have a friend in the United States or Canada, we can ship your cooker to your friend's address or arrange local pickup with your friend. Please call Marlin at 423-413-2644 for more information.
Allow up to 4 weeks for delivery on our cookers and up to 5 business days on all our other products. Our cookers are shipped from New Holland, PA, and everything else is shipped from Pikeville, TN.
All orders shipped to the state of Tennessee will be charged 9.25% sales tax.
Returns Policy
Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date of your purchase. If you return a product to us, we will refund the purchase price minus the shipping and handling. You are responsible to pay the return shipping. We do not accept returns on opened food products. To initiate a refund, please call us at 423-413-2644 or e-mail us at .
If you receive a defective item, contact us within 30 days, and we will exchange your defective product at no cost to you.
Privacy Policy
Collection of Information
We collect personally identifiable information, such as names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. The information you provide is used to fulfill your specific request and may be added to our mailing list. We reserve the right to send you product updates and newsletters from Yoder's Smoky Mountain Barbecue that we believe will be helpful to you. Customers are automatically added to our e-mail list unless they ask not to be.
If at any time you don't want to get e-mails from us, you can easily opt-out.
