Shipping Policy
All of our barbeque cookers are shipped truck freight except for the BBQ26 and the BBQ26S units, which are shipped UPS. Barbeque sauces, rubs, and other items are shipped either USPS or UPS. Real-time shipping and handling quotes for small items are displayed in step 2 of the checkout in our online store. Use our online freight quote request form for a free no-obligation freight quote on a barbecue cooker.
You must provide a United States shipping address when ordering online.
We only ship barbecue cookers to the United States. If you live in another country and have a friend in the United States, we can ship your cooker to your friend's address or arrange local pickup with your friend. Please call Marlin at (877) 602-1568 for more information.
Please ask for turn-around time on the cooker you are interested in. Allow up to 5 business days for shipping on all our other products. Our cookers are shipped from New Holland, PA, and everything else is normally shipped from Pikeville, TN.
All orders shipped to the state of Tennessee will be charged 9.25% sales tax or the correct single article sales tax.
Payment Policy
We accept the following kinds of payment: Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We also accept checks, but wait to release the order until the funds clear.
Returns and Satisfaction Guarantee
We are dead serious about making and keeping you happy. We will help you through difficulties in shipping, work with you on freight damages, and troubleshoot problems. We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all our Meadow Creek barbeque equipment (except for Ultimate Caterers). If for any reason you are not happy with your unit, you may return the cooker to us within 30 days of the delivery or pickup date, and we will refund the purchase price minus the shipping and handling. You are responsible to pay the return shipping.

If you receive a defective item, contact us within 30 days, and we will repair or exchange your defective product at no cost to you.
