The grill pan slides in the track of the bottom cooking grate (on the TS models) or hangs under the cooking grate (on the smaller smokers) and turns your smoker into a charcoal grill.
TS Models Only
Chicken Cooker Mounted
You can add a BBQ26S or BBQ42 chicken cooker mounted permanently to the front of any TS trailer. I highly recommend this upgrade because you'll have a more complete setup for catering and cooking up a storm.
Stainless Steel Shelves
This upgrade gives you solid stainless steel covers instead of the expanded metal work shelves on both sides of the smoker. These shelves eliminate any food drippings down into hard to reach areas and make clean-up easier.
Insulated Firebox
A great investment if you can handle the initial cost. If you'll be using your smoker a lot, you can pay off the insulation in a short time by charcoal savings alone.
The amount of charcoal you save can vary, of course, but normally it will take 40 - 50% less charcoal. This means less fire maintenance, with refills spaced up to 5 hours instead of 2 - 3 hours.
You will have a little more consistent temp and it will be easier to cook yearround in a cold climate.
Even though Meadow Creek uses high-heat paint, the paint has a hard time holding up where the heat is intense. With an insulated firebox, the firebox paint will not peel off from the heat because the outside will not get as hot. You will have a lot less maintenance to do.
Slideout Basket
This steel basket slides in a track. It makes loading the firebox easier and holds the coals away from the firebox walls, which helps extend the life of your firebox and the paint outside the firebox.
Warming Box With 3 Shelves
This applies only to the TS60 and TS120P. This adds the box above the firebox that comes standard on the other TS smokers, such as the TS120.
Extra Shelves in Warming Box
The warming box comes with three stainless steel racks. You can add more for more surface space.
Live Smoke in Warmer
The warming box and firebox are separated with a solid piece of metal. Live smoke puts an adjustable vent from the firebox to the warming box and a stack on top of the box, so you can cook meat with smoke in the warming box. Without it, you can cook beans and keep your meat warm.
Extra Grate in Smoker
Add a third grate in the cooking chamber. Would be great for cooking thin stuff like ribs. Take it out if you need more height.
Tandem Axle
We add a tandem axle to your trailer if your configuration gets too heavy for one. The upgrade price includes brakes for both axles.
Trim Package
The trim package adds a little chrome to shine things up a bit: Chrome wheels (trailer models only), stack, and fenders.
Jerky Rack
This rack slides into the groove where the regular grate goes and it made of evenly spaced rods to hold jerky strips.
SQ36 Smoker Only
2nd Tier Grate
The 2nd tier grate sits on top of the main grate and almost doubles your cooking surface. I wouldn't want to do without my2nd tier grate.
