Howdy, Wild Wade’s bbq here. I am the proud owner of a PR60T and have been having GREAT success with this smoker as well as having 3 Championship cook offs and a 2nd place in the last 4 years. People who have seen the articles that have been written about me have called me for my opinion and advice about Meadow Creek products. I said it in my 1st article that “I don’t endorse a lot of things but, this is one that I would ALL DAY LONG!!.
My only regret as of now is that I didn’t go for the ST 120. That is going to be my next step. Thanks again for such a GREAT product.

We use to roast our 100 lb pigs on a home made rotisserie. It was a 55 gal. drum cut in half with a small motor turning the pig and it was wide open had issues with the dripping grease catching on fire and catching the pig on fire the last time we used it . I said thats it we are buying a real roaster and I bought this one . Amazing, Awesome roaster. I used charcoal and kept the temperature at 300 with adjusting the air flow and left the lid closed like recommended. 125LB dressed pig was ready in 7hrs. It was nice and easy , No stress our best pig roast ever. I highly recommend this product, The only option I did not see and they should have is a rod to push in the lower air slots to shake up the coals . I used a piece of threaded rod I had towards the end when the temp was dropping and it went right back up.
