All our pig roasters come equipped with a stainless steel thermometer installed in the lid to monitor the pig roaster temperature.
A 13 gauge drip pan carries undesirable fats to a drip tube that drains to the outside of the pig cooker. The pan prevents charring from the coals and allows a pig to be cooked without needing to be turned.
Options for the PR72G Pig Roaster
An optional charcoal insert allows the G series pig roasters to be converted to wood or charcoal without having to remove the gas components.
The optional removable second tier grate doubles the cooking surface for foods such as ribs.
Two doors in your pig roaster lid let you check on the meat without losing a lot ofheat.
