This pig cooker is ready to roll! Built by professional trailer manufacturers, this cooker comes equipped with a 2" ball hitch, a heavy duty wheel jack, Torflex axles, and road worthy tires.
The PR72GT Pig Roaster is gas fired and uses direct heat similar to that of the charcoal fired PR cookers.
Cook whole pigs or other large cuts of meat thoroughly using safe, clean bottled gas. Dual shut-offs and a thermo coupled pilot make this unit as safe as cooking in your kitchen.
Propane gas tank is optional.

All our pig roasters come equipped with a stainless steel thermometer installed in the lid to monitor the pig roaster temperature.

A 13 gauge drip pan carries undesirable fats to a drip tube that drains to the outside of the pig cooker. The pan prevents charring from the coals and allows a pig to be cooked without needing to be turned.
Options for the PR72GT Pig Roaster Trailer

An optional charcoal insert allows the G series cookers to be converted to wood or charcoal without having to remove the gas components.

The optional removable second tier grate doubles the cooking surface for foods such as ribs.

Two doors in your pig roaster lid let you check on the meat without losing a lot of heat.
The bonus pack includes a Meadow Creek Chef's apron, a pint jar of barbecue sauce, and a 1-pound shaker of barbecue rub.
