All our pig roasters come equipped with a stainless steel thermometer installed in the lid to monitor the pig cooker temperature.

A 13 gauge drip pan carries undesirable fats to a drip tube that drains to the outside of the pig cooker. The pan prevents charring from the coals and allows a pig to be cooked without needing to be turned.
Options for the PR60T Pig Roaster Trailer

Optional charcoal pullout permits adding charcoal without opening the pig roaster lid.

The optional removable second tier grate doubles the cooking surface for foods such as ribs.

Two doors in your pig roaster lid let you check on the meat without losing a lot of heat.
The bonus pack includes a Meadow Creek Chef's apron, a pint jar of barbecue sauce, and a 1-pound shaker of barbecue rub.
Usage Recommendations
Use approximately 80 lbs. of charcoal to cook a 200 lb. pig (live weight), 160 lbs. (dressed); or approximately 100 lbs. of charcoal for a 250 lb. pig (live weight), 200 lbs. (dressed), at about 300 degrees. Cook 12–14 hours or until shoulder meat reaches 180 degrees.
