Grilling Hot Dogs on a Meadow Creek BBQ36G Grill

May 10th, 2013

Meadow Creek BBQ36G Grill

In April I helped cook at the Cold Springs Garden Center Open House. Usually, we go more elaborate, but this year we decided to simplify and just grill hot dogs. I cooked them on a Meadow Creek BBQ36G Grill. It’s gas-fired and had the optional lid. I grilled 400 hot dogs on this thing during open house.

Here it is in all it’s glory. The Meadow Creek BBQ36G Grill is a very solid grill built to hold up under years of constant use.

As you can tell, it takes a lot of skill to grill a dog! 😉

In spite of the cold and rain during the event, it turned out pretty decent.

If you do a lot of grilling in your restaurant, catering business, or fund-raising projects, the Meadow Creek Flat-Top Grills are certainly a solid choice for years of heavy use. They come in two sizes and you can choose between gas or charcoal. The gas models have an optional charcoal pan that lets you cook with charcoal or gas. Click the link above for prices and more information.

Have fun,

Lavern
