		<description><![CDATA[Guys well done it looks like another winner, one point I need to clear up though is when the grid is flipped the fire box is below the grid. Is the fire box not to far away then from the meat in other words is the heat not decipitated by the size of the grid or do you compensate thjis by putting more coals down.
