Hey Marlin, bet the Smokey Mtns. are warmer than the Adirondack Mtns. right now. Its midnight on friday and I’m slow roasting a porker for my wedding reception tomorrow. ( Yep cooking for my own wedding ) I’ll send you some pictures next week.

Hi Marlin, looks like you were cooking for a large, hungry group. Everything looked very good. Where was the “PIG”?
I won a Tejas $2500 smoker in Hico at the Hico Steak Championship Cook-off. It cooks great, but its big and heavy and I had to put it on a trailer. I like the looks of yours. May switch someday.

The pictures were great. I search the web for pictures of BBQ cook-off and most are just pictures of the winners, which is OK, but I wont to see the equipment, and how they did it. I know everyone has their own secrets and thats ok, but we are new and want to learn.
    Thanks for the pictures.
